For All Survivors of Violent Crimes
- Crime Victims Compensation → May provide compensation for loss of tuition for grammar school, high school college, or graduate school paid directly to the school.
For Survivors Under the Age of 18
- Illinois School Code: Children and Students Who are Parents, Expectant Parents, or Victims of Domestic or Sexual Violence → Will be enacted July 1st, 2025. The policy ensures that all schools in Illinois have policies and protocols to identify and support students who are parents, expectant parents, or survivors of sexual violence or domestic violence.
